Over 11 years ago, my daughter Avalyn (her name meaning beautiful bird) came into this world. Beautiful Bird Lactation represents the immense joy and gratitude of becoming a mother after a long journey to fill my nest. It also signifies a seed that was planted during my own struggles to breastfeed our daughter. We faced many challenges and I’m forever grateful to the lactation consultant that guided me. With the right support and interventions, we were finally able to exclusively breastfeed.

From that moment on, I felt a strong desire to support families on their feeding journey.

I am passionate about improving maternal care, which is why I pursued a three year journey to gain the knowledge and clinical skills to achieve the gold standard certification within the field of lactation.
